1. if you get cough hacking in some states you cant get fined 100.000$ bucks or 10 years of jall and if some one is uesing you ip adress and you did not do eney thing you still get the senties

2. in some states thay are trying to pass a law for 5 to 10 years in jall or 20.000$ to 100.000$ in fines for if you are tampering with spyweare or spam
